How Workload Influences Conflict with Team Members: The Perspective of Conservation of Resources Theory

Workload overload has gradually become the norm in workplace, and platform transformation of organizational structure emphasizes division labor cooperation but also accompanies conflict within team members. Based on conservation resources theory, this paper proposes a model for how employee workload affects individual interactions with colleagues. We argue that employees’ will increase their members, two dimensions inter-team -- task relationship conflict. Furthermore, we propose trust moderate these relationships. This broadens research perspective focusing formation mechanism members provides an action guide management practice.
